We offer the highest level of service before, during and after you travel to ensure your travel arrangements are hassle free, however we do not accept liability for any actions, whether negligent or otherwise, of airlines, coach operators, shipping companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with your travel arrangements, over which we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept liability for any death or injury to any person, damage or loss to any property (including baggage), delay, or additional expenses suffered during any journey trip or tour. Global European Travel shall not be acting as agents for airlines, coach operators, shipping companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with your travel arrangements. Global European Travel accepts all monies paid and commitments made subject to our terms of trade and schedule of fees and those stipulated by other service providers you may use as part of your overall arrangements handled by Global European Travel. These conditions apply to yourself, your family or traveling companions that you represent or make payments on their behalf. Our professional staff will advise and provide you with all relevant documentation and schedule of fees prior to your financial commitment being made.Global European Travel shall be deemed to be acting as agents for the client making the reservation. Global European Travel reserves the right to charge the client any fees/price increases charged by the airlines and service operators (including fluctuations in the exchange rate). Global European Travel may pass on personal information about the client to travel providers for the purpose of making travel reservations only. Global European Travel does not pass on personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. Travel insurance is compulsory for all group departures. Global European Travel takes no responsibility for any travel arrangements made directly between the client and travel providers. The issuance and acceptance of receipts, tickets, service vouchers and/or exchange orders shall be deemed as consent by the client to the above conditions.

Global European Travel accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, additional expenses or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, acts of God, war, natural disasters (e.g. fire, floods, and earth quakes), civil disturbances, industrial actions and failure of equipment or machinery. Global European Travel strongly recommends the Travel Insurance.
9. Important Information
All tours and holidays as advertised in this website have been packaged by Global European Travel (ABN 41 987 966 489, Travel Agents Licence 2TA 4947).Global European Travel (hereafter referred to as the Company) acts as an agent for all persons taking its tours and in the making of all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodation for the tour programs. The Company does not own the tour programs. The Company does not own, manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, any hotel or restaurant or any other supplier of services. All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. By accepting the coupons, tickets and utilising the services, persons taking its tour agree that neither the Company nor any of its representatives shall be liable to any person taking its tours for any loss, injury or damage to such person or their belongings or otherwise in connection with accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences beyond its control including breakdown/faults in equipment, strikes, theft, delay or cancellations or of changes in itinerary or schedules etc. Travel documents are the responsibility of person taking tours, as is compliance with customs regulations. The Company reserves the right to deny a booking request. No employee of the Company or affiliated companies or representatives can change the terms under which any person agrees to take the tours. Nothing in this agreement is intended to have the affect of contracting out of the applicable provisions of the Commonwealth Trade Practices Act 1974 or the Fair Trading Acts in each of the States and Territories of Australia, except to the extent permitted by those Acts where applicable.
10. Refunds
All refunds due to the Travelers will be paid by cheque to when the money is received by the Travel/Service Providers (excluding any deposit).
11. Claims.
All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of return and must include supporting documentation. Please send to:
